We are proud to announce the launch of a new service offering – Business Advisory Services. Clients will have access to market leading industry benchmarks and SME valuations for rich insights to drive strategic decision making within two core advisory programs: Business Planning and Business Improvement.
Structured in two streams, clients will have the choice of Business Planning or Business Improvement. Both suited to SME’s, the Business Planning Program provides a top line risk and value assessment with an accompanying report and workshop geared at optimising the business for future growth. The Business Improvement Program is suitable for SME’s seeking a comprehensive deep dive into key areas of risk and unrealised value the business currently faces, and includes a detailed strategic analysis and report.
Real-time benchmarking and comparative data analysis
Our Business Advisory Services are underpinned by an extensive comparative benchmarking and analysis database for SME valuation benchmarks, including profit, bus cap rates/profit multiples and value benchmarks for the majority of SME sectors as categorised by the ANZSIC. DFK Gooding Partners Business Advisory will be led by firm Partners Steven Tindale and Adrian van Dam.

Both Business Advisory programs offer clients a free, no obligation, online risk survey as an initial tool to uncover hidden areas of risk and value and to begin to determine key areas of focus moving forwards. In addition to Business Improvement and Business Planning Programs, DFK Gooding Partners will also offers advisory services covering business valuations, value improvement and an external CFO service.
